• Conditional on the client providing required account access and not making conflicting changes to bids, budgets, or campaign structure during the measurement period

Where the guarantee applies and we do not meet the stated reduction, the remedy is a refund of fees for the applicable period or continued service at no charge until the target is met, at the client's election, as set out in the service agreement.
