New Product Vetting
Thinking about launching something? We'll vet it properly before you commit inventory to it.
What we check
Real search demand for the category, not a guess based on how the product feels. How crowded the competition already is and how entrenched the review counts are. What margin is actually left once Amazon's fees and a realistic ad spend are taken out, not just the number on a factory quote. And whether the product design walks into an existing patent or trademark, which is a far more expensive mistake to find after the inventory has landed.
Seasonality gets factored in too — a product that only sells three months a year needs a very different cash flow plan than one that sells steadily.
What you get
A straight go or no-go, with the reasoning behind it — not a hype deck telling you what you want to hear before you place a purchase order. This is priced as the Audit & Product Vetting tier on the services page, and it's often the first thing we do with a new client before touching anything else in the account.
