Six accounts, with the real numbers
These are client accounts Dale managed personally. Figures are as reported by the sellers. Results vary by category, margin, and how much room the account had to begin with.
Magic Brand
$0 → $450K/month
In four months.
A cold launch. No sales history, no reviews, no ranking. Built from zero with manual bids from day one rather than letting Amazon's algorithm learn on the seller's money.
Midtown Umbrellas — Yoan
$6K → $300K/month
In three months.
A seasonal product with a narrow selling window. The account had volume potential it was never structured to capture. Restructure first, then scale bids into the season.
Zestt Organics
$50K → $110K/month
In two months — with a 40% cut in ad spend.
The clearest version of the argument. Revenue more than doubled while spend went down by nearly half. Nothing changed about the products. The bids changed.
Temp Tooth
70% less ad spend
Revenue went $90K → $120K/month at the same time.
This account was badly overpaying per click. Turning off dynamic bidding and multipliers took most of the waste out before any structural work started.
Patriot Crew
$174K → $388K/month
An already-healthy account that had plateaued. The ceiling wasn't demand, it was a campaign structure built for a much smaller catalog.
Emerald Plastics
$6,545/month by month two
From a cold launch.
Units sold up 164%. Smaller numbers than the rest, and included on purpose — this is what an early-stage account actually looks like in its first sixty days.
Want to know what your account has in it?
The audit is twenty minutes, live, looking at your real numbers. Dale tells you what he'd change. No deck, no pitch call disguised as a review.
Questions about the audit call
What happens on the call?
Twenty minutes. You share your screen or grant read access, Dale opens the account, and walks through what he sees: bid settings, placement multipliers, campaign structure, where spend is going that isn't producing anything.
You end the call knowing what you'd change even if you change it yourself.
Is this actually free, or is it a sales call?
It's free, and it's also how we decide whether to work with you. Both things are true and pretending otherwise would be silly.
What it isn't: a slide deck, a discovery call that ends in "let me schedule a follow-up," or someone reading you a generic report. Dale is looking at your live account.
Do I have to give you access to my Seller Central account?
Not for the audit — screen sharing is fine. If we work together, we'll ask for standard user permissions on the advertising side only.
Why do you ask about my ad spend before I can book?
Because Dale takes every call personally and there are a limited number of them. The $10K/month floor is where the method has enough to work with.
If you're below it, that's not a no forever. Take a look at everything else we do — content, graphics, 3D, inventory, IP enforcement — most of it doesn't have a spend floor.
