Questions people actually ask
Straight answers, including the awkward ones. If your question isn't here, send it over.
The guarantee
What exactly is the guarantee?
25% less ad spend while maintaining sales and ranking.
Available to accounts spending $10K+/month on Amazon ads, after a qualifying audit. If we miss the number, you get your money back or we keep working free until we hit it. Your choice.
Why isn't the guarantee offered to everyone?
Because it wouldn't be honest. The reduction comes from waste that's already in the account. Under $10K/month in ad spend there usually isn't enough of it to promise a number against.
The audit is where we find out whether your account has that room. If it doesn't, we'll tell you, and we won't offer the guarantee.
Won't cutting ad spend cut my sales too?
That's the right thing to be worried about, and it's why the target is a spend reduction, not a spend cap.
The reduction comes from paying less per click for the same clicks — not from buying fewer of them. Look at Zestt Organics on the results page: spend down 40%, revenue up from $50K to $110K/month. If revenue starts dropping, the bid strategy is wrong and we fix it.
Can you guarantee my sales will go up?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. Nobody can promise a sales number on Amazon without using tactics that break Amazon's Terms of Service. Too much of it — demand, competition, your inventory, your margins — sits outside what an agency controls.
What we can guarantee is what you pay per click, because that's genuinely within our control. That's why the guarantee is 25% less ad spend while maintaining sales and ranking, not a promise that sales will rise.
What we commit to beyond that is picking opportunities carefully and putting real expertise behind them. We won't take you on at all if we don't think we can move the number.
Pricing and terms
How does pricing work, and why not charge a percentage of ad spend?
A flat monthly fee, quoted after the audit once we've seen the size and state of the account. It never scales with your ad spend.
We quote on the call, not before — quoting blind means either overcharging small accounts or underquoting complicated ones.
We don't charge a percentage of ad spend because it points the agency the wrong direction. Under that model, an agency that halves your ad spend halves its own revenue. Nobody does that on purpose.
Why do you charge so much, and what if I have a lot of SKUs?
We think we're competitively priced for what's involved, and we're picky about who we take on precisely so the fee is obviously worth it.
We're not looking for short-term revenue from clients we can't help. The whole model depends on long relationships, which only happen when the value is clear enough that you don't think twice about the invoice.
If you have a lot of SKUs and can't afford our rates, tell us anyway. If we look at the business and think we can add real value, we'll negotiate. Every situation is different and we'd rather build an agreement that fits than lose a good account over a rate card.
Is there a long contract?
Terms are covered on the audit call and put in writing before anything starts. There's no hidden auto-renewal.
Scope
Do you work outside Amazon, like Walmart, eBay, or Shopify?
We've worked across other e-commerce channels, but Amazon is the focus and that's deliberate. If your situation calls for something broader, ask — we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right people for it.
Do you only do PPC?
No. PPC is what we're known for and it's where the guarantee applies, but we're a full-service Amazon agency — graphics, keyword and content optimization, A+ content, 3D rendering, account troubleshooting, product vetting, A/B testing, inventory management, and IP enforcement.
How many clients do you have?
We don't publish numbers, but the roster is deliberately small. We don't overextend — when we're at capacity we stop taking clients until there's room, rather than stretching thinner and calling it growth.
How the work runs
Who will be my main point of contact, and how fast do you respond?
Dale. He's the founder, he runs the audit, and he manages the account personally from there. Not a junior, not a rotating pod, not an offshore team behind an account manager's inbox.
That's the single thing most clients tell us they were missing somewhere else.
We respond within 24 hours, every time. We don't keep fixed hours — the team is spread across time zones, so things tend to move while you're asleep. What we commit to is the 24-hour response, not a 9-to-5.
How long until I see results?
Spend reduction shows up early, because turning off dynamic bidding and placement multipliers has an immediate effect. Structural work — rebuilding campaigns for your current scale — takes longer and is where the compounding happens.
I already have an agency. Is switching a nightmare?
It's a permissions change, not a migration. Nothing has to be rebuilt to hand it over, and campaign history stays intact.
Worth doing the audit before you fire anyone. If your current setup is in good shape, you'll find that out.
