The actual work, and the actual numbers

A slice of what we've built. Our experience runs across a lot more categories and products than fit on one page.

Screenshots, not case study graphics

We'd rather show you raw Seller Central screenshots than a designed case study PDF. Anyone can make a chart go up in Illustrator.

We've managed and scaled accounts running anywhere from $1,000 to $200,000 per month in ad spend, so if your account sits somewhere in that range, we've seen your situation before.

All of it is below. For a deeper look at one service specifically, the A+ Content, 3D rendering, and PPC performance pages have the same examples alongside the rest of what that service covers.

A+ Content build-outs

Enhanced brand content that gives a listing somewhere to sell after the images have done their job.

A+ content build-out, equine supplement brand
A+ content build-out, pest control brand
A+ content build-out, home heating brand
A+ content build-out, streaming device brand
A+ content build-out, smart chip technology brand
A+ content build-out, digestive health supplement brand
A+ content build-out, pool filter brand

Product 3D rendering

When the original photography can't carry the listing, we render instead.

3D product render, pest control spray bottle
3D product render, glass jar
3D product render, fire suppression device
3D product render, fire suppression device in use
3D product render, roses in an acrylic display box
3D product render, floral table centerpiece

3D product render, coaxial cable

Amazon advanced certifications

Current, and held directly — not by a subcontractor.

Amazon Ads Campaign Optimization

Structuring and tuning Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display campaigns — bid strategy, placement multipliers, and keyword harvesting that actually move ACoS instead of just click volume.

Completed November 17, 2023

Amazon Advertising Foundations

The baseline certification covering how Amazon's ad auction works, how the ad types differ, and how targeting and budgets interact. Everything else builds on this.

Completed November 17, 2023

Amazon DSP Advanced

Programmatic display and video, on and off Amazon — remarketing to shoppers who viewed a listing but didn't buy, and reaching audiences before they ever search.

Completed November 17, 2023

Amazon Marketing Cloud

Amazon's clean-room analytics tool. Shows how Sponsored Ads, DSP, and organic traffic actually work together across a customer's path to purchase, instead of guessing from five separate reports.

Completed November 17, 2023

Amazon Video Ads

Sponsored Brands video and OTT placements on Fire TV — video ad formats that show up in search results and on streaming devices, not just banner space.

Completed November 17, 2023

Amazon Ads Advanced Retail

Advanced strategy for retail-specific catalogs — multi-SKU brands, seasonal assortments, and the bid logic that's different when you're managing dozens of ASINs instead of one hero product.

Completed November 16, 2023

Case studies

Five accounts, with the before-and-after numbers as reported by Amazon Business Reports.

Want this level of detail on your own account?

The free audit is twenty minutes inside your real account, with Dale telling you what he'd change and in what order.

Questions about the audit call

What happens on the call?

Twenty minutes. You share your screen or grant read access, Dale opens the account, and walks through what he sees: bid settings, placement multipliers, campaign structure, where spend is going that isn't producing anything.

You end the call knowing what you'd change even if you change it yourself.

Is this actually free, or is it a sales call?

It's free, and it's also how we decide whether to work with you. Both things are true and pretending otherwise would be silly.

What it isn't: a slide deck, a discovery call that ends in "let me schedule a follow-up," or someone reading you a generic report. Dale is looking at your live account.

Do I have to give you access to my Seller Central account?

Not for the audit — screen sharing is fine. If we work together, we'll ask for standard user permissions on the advertising side only.

Why do you ask about my ad spend before I can book?

Because Dale takes every call personally and there are a limited number of them. The $10K/month floor is where the method has enough to work with.

If you're below it, that's not a no forever. Take a look at everything else we do — content, graphics, 3D, inventory, IP enforcement — most of it doesn't have a spend floor.
